The H2O MOP® X5 with Built-In Portable Steamer is designed not only to thoroughly clean floor surfaces, such as marble, ceramic, stone, linoleum, sealed hardwood floor and parquet, but get your entire house clinically clean!
The H2O MOP® X5 deodorizes, sanitizes and increases cleaning power by converting water to steam. It also uses a microfibre floor cloth to enhance absorbency. When contact is made with floor surfaces, dirt and grime can be eliminated in a matter of seconds. Just detach the steam generator from the H20 base and it becomes a powerful handheld steamer.
Returns Policy: Items can be returned in a BRAND NEW condition within 7 days of receipt. We do not arrange the collection of unwanted items. You will need to arrange for the items to be returned yourself and at your own cost.
Terms and Conditions: Thane UK wants you to be totally satisfied with the products that it provides to you, however, if you would like to cancel your order and return the products you may do so at any point within 7 working days from the day after receiving them (enclosing a copy of your order confirmation/receipt and your reasons for returning the product). The guarantee will not apply if the fault arises from fair wear and tear in our reasonable opinion, deliberate damage, accidental damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without manufacturer approval. This does not affect your rights to claim for defective or faulty goods or workmanship under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) or the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. Thane UK will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay to you the cost of the products within 7 days from receipt of your cancellation. You must obtain a Returns Code from us before returning any items. PLEASE READ BEFORE USE The H2O Mop® X5 unit is designed to thoroughly clean floor surfaces, such as marble, ceramic, carpet, stone, linoleum, sealed hardwood floor and parquet. Not all floors types are suitable for steam cleaning. On surfaces that have been treated with wax, the wax may be removed by the heat and steam action. Do not use on unsealed flooring or let unit stand on any wood or heat sensitive floor for an extended period of time. This could cause the wood grain to rise. When using on vinyl, linoleum or any other heat sensitive floors, use extra caution. Too much heat can melt down glue in the flooring. When using the appliance on laminated floor, the laminated floor should have been laid professionally and not have any gaps or cracks in which humidity could enter. Test the H2O Mop® X5 unit on a small isolated area of your flooring prior to overall use on any floor surface. Always check the use and care instructions of your flooring manufacturer before using the H2O Mop® X5 unit. If any doubt, please consult a specialist. Only use the carpet glider on carpeting & rugs. Use of the carpet glider on other floor surfaces could possibly scratch the surface.
